Return & Refund policy

  • Our return and refund policy is available 14 days after receiving your item. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To process a return, email to return your item for a full refund, less the cost of shipping.
  • We will provide a shipping label for you to send your item back.
  • Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm your refund amount.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days of receiving it.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please send an email to for a prompt reply to resolve your refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
