Shipping policy

Worldwide shipping is available! Please contact info@namahbyneha.com for shipping request outside India.

Depending on the product ordered, shipping times will vary. The timeline also takes into consideration such orders for which I may have to sometimes make a new piece based on your order.

• Original paintings will ship within 1 week using a trackable shipping carrier.
• Prints are made-to-order and take 1-3 weeks depending on the type and size of print purchased.
• If there is damage occurred during shipping, refunds and returns will be organized with no expense to the buyer. It is important to contact us by email at info@namahbyneha.com immediately if your item is received damaged.
• You may return or exchange your purchases within 14 days, please contact info@namahbyneha.com
• Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 3-6 business days depending on the pin code for delivery within India. Unforeseen circumstances on our other logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please be rest assured that I will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest.
